The Competition was held in collaboration of the Cyprus Centre for Environmental Research and Education with the <\/strong>Cyprus Photographic Society (Limassol Branch) <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

On the 26th<\/sup> of June 2015, evaluation of the photographs submitted to the great photographic contest entitled \u00abWetlands of Cyprus<\/strong>\u00bb that was co-organised by the Cyprus Centre for Environmental Research and Education and the Cyprus Photographic Society (Limassol Branch).<\/strong> <\/span>
\n Judges of the competition were Ms Eleni Perikleous Cesta , mr. Gregoris Panayiotou and Dr, Andreas Hadjihambis and Maria Chrysostomou on behalf of CYCERE. \u00a0<\/span>
\n In total 178 photographs were submitted by 32 photographers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening of the photograph exhibition \u00abWetlands of Cyprus<\/strong>\u00bb was held with a great success at the House of Arts and Letters on the 25\/01\/2016 at 18:30. The exhibition was co-organised by the Cyprus Centre for Environmental Research and Education and the Cyprus Photographic Society (Limassol Branch).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Greetings were addressed by the Scientific Director of CYCERE, Dr. Andreas Hadjihambis, the President of the Cyprus Photographic Society (Limassol Branch) mr. Marios Ioannides and the Environment Commissioner Ms. Ioanna Panayiotou. \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The awarding of the distinguished entries with a Prize or Praise was done by Ms. Ioanna Panayiotou.\u00a0 The exhibition included photographs that were submitted in the corresponding Pancyprian Photographic Competition that was announced by CYCERE and CPS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
