The Cyprus Center for Environmental Research and Education (CYCERE) recognizing that all organizations and companies can have a direct or indirect impact on the local, regional and consequently the global environment aims to promote Organizations \/ Enterprises, which have developed and adopted environmentally friendly policies, as they contribute with actions and actions to protect the environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

For this purpose, the following three (3) awards are established that are awarded to the Organizations \/ Companies that comply with the aims and conditions set by CYCERE *<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1.Bronze Protector of the Environment<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2.Silver Protector of the Environment<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3.Golden Protector of the Environment<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The Bronze Protector of the Environment Award is given to the organization \/ company, which has drafted an environmental policy, either independently or in cooperation with CYCERE, and has as its permanent purpose the respect for the environment. At the same time, through its actions, it promotes the environmental awareness and awakening of its visitors \/ customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"silver<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The Silver Protector of the Environment Award is given to the organization \/ company, which has as its main purpose the protection and rational management of the natural environment, undertaking actions that contribute to the acquisition of environmental awareness of its visitors \/ customers. It has also drafted more than one environmental policy, either independently or in collaboration with the CYCERE, promoting the development of environmental practices aimed at reducing the negative impact of humans on nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"gold<\/p>\n

The Gold Protector of the Gold metal Environment is awarded to the organization \/ company that manages environmental issues as an integral part of its business policy, establishing practices and actions that preserve the natural environment. In addition, it reduces the consumption of natural resources through the adoption of appropriate optimal techniques, thus contributing to sustainable development. It also undertakes actions for environmental upgrading of its premises and in the context of its social responsibility it strengthens in various ways the local environmental bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n
