CYCERE is coordinating the European Network for Environmental Citizenship (ENEC) which is active in 87 universities and research institutes from 38 countries with more than 130 academics, researchers and scientists involved. CYCERE participated in a number of European and National research projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">CYCERE invites applications from Post-Doctoral Researchers for the following positions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Research Professor<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Research Assistant or Associate Professor<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Research Lecturer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Post-Doctoral Researcher<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Researchers will carry out research as members at the Research Department of CYCERE. The role of the above positions will be to conduct research in the field of Environmental Citizenship, Environmental Education and Citizen Science, and contribute to securing competitive funding related to the activities of the CYCERE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The positions will be on a full-time or part-time basis for a fixed term of one year, renewable depending on performance and availability of funds. The successful candidates will be under the supervision of the Scientific Director of CYCERE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Contribute to research development in the fields of Environmental Citizenship, Environmental Education and Citizen Science<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Contribute to the writing up of scientific publications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Contribute to the writing up of research proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Co-supervise research projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong> Job Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">PhD in one of the following areas:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Educational Sciences<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Biology<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Environmental Education<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Environmental Sciences<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least two peer-reviewed journal publications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least two conference presentations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience with design, evaluation, implementation of educational programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience and excellent skills in statistical analysis (SPSS)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience with desk-based research and database development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience with the development of theoretical models<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience in writing up of research proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both verbal and writing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
