PROFILES is a European project that is focused on in-service science teachers training aiming to promote learning and teaching in science. Educators from all the PROFILES groups (Biology Group, Chemistry Group, Primary Education Group) attended the workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style31\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Within the framework of this meeting the educators had the chance to learn about field-based inquiry, by participating into a sequence of experiential activities, within the frame of the Environmental Education Program &#8220;The world of the coast&#8221;.
