A key aim of the project is to study in depth a population of lizard of the species Acanthodactylus schreiberi in a sand dune ecosystem in Cyprus. More specifically, this study aims to detect the following information concerning the ecology and the behaviour of the studied population:
- Size and density
- Proportion of gender
- Eating habits
- Spatial and temporal pattern of activity
- Habitat area and spatial model
- Growth rate and maximum limit of life
- Reproductive strategy
